Join us for an introduction into Garth Newydd. This is a one night taster of what we offer at Garth Newydd for people who don't want to commit to a full weekend.
We will be doing the same as we usually do when people stay for a full Weekend but you will be with us just 24 hours. Arrive at 5pm on the Friday check into the house and into your single room. We will enjoy a meal on the Friday evening and chill out and get to know each other. As usual Cymraeg will be the language of the house but we will be a little more relaxed during this taster night.
On the Saturday, we are partly responsible for organising a language fair in Lampeter and there will be tents, stalls and entertainment in Welsh plus lots of advice for learners.
Marcus will be running this course for 1 day, I have been learning Welsh for 4 years now and we will of course be joined by and meet lots of Welsh speakers during the stay
Food will be provided in the house for Friday night and Saturday morning, but of course you may need a little bit of money for bits and pieces out and about.
