If you're a beginner learning Welsh and want to boost your confidence, this 5-day experience is designed just for you. Whether you're looking to dip your toes into full Welsh-speaking environments or revisit what you've already learned, this short course offers a supportive mix of immersive, guided activities and helpful revision sessions. It's the perfect opportunity to strengthen your skills, meet fellow learners, and take your next steps in using Welsh more naturally—and confidently—in everyday situations. Five nights' accommodation in comfortable beds and single rooms is only £350. Food will be provided in the house for free but of course you may need a little bit of money for bits and pieces out and about. We provide breakfast and evening meal each day. This course is not affiliated or associated with Dysgu Cymraeg but is based on the beginner's course. This week will be led by Welsh tutor Virginia Steinkamp, Virginia has ten years' experience as a Welsh tutor and will guide you through this relaxed week. Virginia is a patient tutor who gives the space and the time to develop language skills, discuss doubts and get ready to speak with others." On this course, I hope to help students practice their Welsh in a relaxed and safe space. Students will be able to ask about doubts and practice their Welsh to learn from the mistakes and polish their skills".
